Attorney Peragine achieved high academics, graduating 5th in his law school class.  He was vice president of the law fraternity, Delta Theta Phi, and vice president and co-founder of the first Federalist Society chapter at his law school.

Before joining the Adler Law Group LLC, Attorney Peragine was a Special Deputy State’s Attorney for Connecticut where he represented the State’s Attorney’s office in criminal and motor vehicle cases at both the pretrial and trial level.  He received excellent trial experience working for the State’s Attorney’s Office as he prosecuted over two hundred cases.  In addition to working for the State’s Attorney’s Office, Attorney Peragine operated his own private practice where he handled a wide variety of cases.  He has represented clients in residential real estate closings, personal injury claims, contract disputes, family matters, and in civil litigation.  Attorney Peragine now brings his trial experience, high ethics and legal knowledge to the Adler Law Group LLC.  He focuses on plaintiff’s personal injury, insurance defense and coverage issues, and real estate matters.

After fighting hard for his clients in the courtroom, you can also find Attorney Peragine playing hard on the ice as he is an avid hockey goaltender.  He played collegiate hockey in undergrad and still actively plays on local men’s teams.
